Mike (owner of Harbor Towing) responded to our call late on a Friday evening; well past sunset — our battery had failed and we thought we needed a tow to get back into port. Within 15 minutes Mike was out in the bay to assist — luckily the wind had picked up and we were able to sail to our slip... but Mike followed us in just to be sure we made it safely. Absolutely the most professional person I’ve met in that role in all my years on the water. Many thanks for your calm, respectful response Mike. Our 22 foot boat broke off its mooring in Port Douglas, NY and was located on rocks in Shelbourne, Vt. the next morning. Mike returned my call immediately, (despite being on vacation in New Jersey) and sent Captain Mark to the rescue. Mark was calm, confident and professional. He maneuvered the boat back on to our mooring after towing it across Lake Champlain and then brought it the nearby boat ramp when it started taking on water. Mike made multiple calls during the process.<br>Great service! Would highly recommend!!
