Excellent service!! Had a 3500 get stranded in Va beach called Kevin at Bay Recovery and he came out and got me taken care of. The man was eating his dinner and still made time for us. True professional. Cannot thank him enough for getting my vehicle safely returned. Highly recommended for any type of towing or recovery operation.

Still no response from the owner (Kevin Bains) as he has blocked my phone and he was the driver that wrecked my car while the car was parked. He lies and curshes and he was at fault. This is what you get if you do business with Bay Recovery... Do not use this company. If you see Bay Recovery and the owner, towing a vehicle in your direction get as far away as possible. My car was parked and he backed another vehicle he was towing into the side of my car. He admitted guilt and stated he would pay for repairs in front of two eye witnesses. He has now dissappear and put a block on my phone. Will be going to claims court. Bypass Bay Recovery and get as far away as possible unless you are ready to listen to lies and cursing. Would give minus 5 stars if possible.

Bay Recovery provided outstanding service!Their team was friendly, professional, and understanding, and their communication throughout the entire process was excellent.
