My truck broke down in Amherst and I was stranded on the side of the road on one of the coldest days of the year. I called AAA and Big Toe Towing was my assigned tow company. The driver called me and we discussed where I could have my truck towed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived as quickly as he could and I asked him if I could get in his truck because I was so cold. Thank God for heat! He quickly got my truck on the tow bed and we were off. I told him where I wanted to go and he agreed it was a great place. Thanks to Big Toe and the driver for all his help and heat!!

I called for assistance with my dump trailer and had Chandler McNeil respond. Within an hour of my initial call, he was on scene and got my trailer back in service. Chandler was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I’m not sure of many other companies and drivers that would have gotten this done so quickly. This will be my first call for my business and personal use, going forward. Very responsive company, quick reaction time and got my equipment back on the road fast! Great job Chandler!
