If zero stars was an option - this is what I would do. Called for help at 8pm for a tow after hitting something in the road that blew out 2 tires. I have a small child with me. They refused to come out because they were cooking dinner. I’ve been sitting on the side of 460 for hours and cannot get ANYONE to come here. Useless and unprofessional<br><br>Also proving my point of being unprofessional by responding the way you did to the review. Especially when the website claims “We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we provide a reliable and prompt service at all times”. Sure hope you don’t have a medical emergency one day and the EMS workers don’t respond with “sorry I didn’t want to burn my house down to rescue you”. Absolutely rude - so glad I dealt with someone with more grace and professionalism than you and gave someone else my money.

Sorry excuse for a tow company. Reached out for assistance for a tow and was rudely told could not help because “I was cooking dinner”<br><br>If you have common sense, you know to turn your stove eye off or oven if you don’t wanna burn your house down!<br><br>If you ever need a tow truck company to help you out, I highly recommend Fat Boys Wrecker Service.. They are top notch, and very professional!
