Mr Felton was very understanding and knowledgeable as he explained what was needed to be done to my newly purchased used Mercedes MLK 350. He and the technician gave the car a thorough pre purchase inspection and final test drive. All of my concerns and questions were promptly noted and answered. My car is now road ready. Great service at European Autowerks. I recommend and will return. I bought in for service my 2003 Mercedes that needs a lot of work. The main issue fixed in a days' time. Didn't have to wait for the parts it literally took a day, and they so kindly washed the car as well! While here visiting family Autowerks was recommended by my father. I feel confident to drive back to North Carolina with my car in better condition. Thank you, Taylor, and whomever serviced my car, it runs like a brand-new car and I am truly grateful! :)))
