I wanted to personally thank Roger, Rick, & Dani for all their assistance in working with us over the holidays to get our newly purchased used RV inspected & repaired ensuring it it safe for our family to begin all our new adventures. There were a handful of items that were NOT up to Par and this team went above and beyond to get these repairs done and in time for us to enjoy it over the Holidays. We will definitely continue using there services to take care of all our RV needs.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! I had Rick come out to do maintenance on a generator back on November 5th. While he was kind and pleasant during the initial encounter, he informed me he would need to order parts and come back next week. It is now January 7th and 4 phone calls later! I just got off the phone with Rodger who, within seconds, was yelling and screaming at me over the phone, making verbal threats, and actually hung up the phone on me after I voiced my frustration calmly and politely. I called up again and asked to speak with the manager, Rodger then placed me on hold and picked up the again imitating another persons voice. when I asked him again politely to speak with a manager he again started shouting at me. I have never in my life encountered such a visceral reaction from any local business. I would not recommend anyone do any business with this company.<br><br>Rodger, I believe your true personality is evident in your reply. The parts were already available the following week as Rick informed me he was able to obtain all parts and scheduled a follow up but never showed up. Best of luck to you and your business with this level of customer service.

They kept my truck for four months, never gave me an estimate… After complaining about lack of communication where they told me, they’d have an estimate for five times. They told me to come pick my vehicle up. I wouldn’t believe a word this Roger fellow says.
