CITY OF RENTON - CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITH REPUBLIC SERVICES. Our bill wasn’t being delivered to us so we incurred late fees which the terrible customer service wouldn’t waive despite the issue being on republics end. Not to mention they aren’t even consistent with providing services. Very fittingly, this company is trash

I’m livid! My teenage son accidentally put garbage in the compost can and I called to let them know the mistake and I would pay additional for them to come empty it. They advised me to put a sign on top of the can label “trash” I did that and then come outside to this?! Absolutely Unacceptable! I’ve been a customer since 2017. I’m beyond pissed and disappointed to say the least.

I had a broken recycle can and it was broken at top and I clearly said recycle can or blue and so I had to wait two weeks but then two weeks later I got a gray refuse can and then I called to get the recycle can and return the gray garbage can and they picked up the gray garbage can two weeks later and took my blue broken garbage can but they left me with nothing. I am on really upset and unfortunately I got mad at the operator and my wife is currently disabled from foot surgery and I am really struggling to deal with everything in the house and now I have to go out and get boxes to store my stuff in and wait another two weeks so this is taking 6 weeks so will they get it right this time???
