1 star. Absolutely terrible experience with Eau Claire Family Automotive. I had my vehicle towed by them and the condition it was returned in was shocking. Before the tow, my vehicle was fine aside from the issue it needed help for. Afterward, I immediately noticed new problems and signs that it hadn’t been handled carefully during the towing process. When I brought this up, I expected at least some concern or willingness to look into it. Instead, I felt completely dismissed. No accountability, no effort to actually address the situation, just a lot of excuses. Having your car towed is already stressful enough without worrying about whether the company handling it is going to treat it properly. At the very least you expect professionalism and care when someone else has your vehicle. If you’re thinking about using this company, I would strongly recommend documenting your vehicle’s condition beforehand with photos and videos. I wish I had done that. Overall this was a frustrating experience from start to finish and definitely not a service I’d want to rely on again.

My Volkswagen Jetta got a flat randomly. Called to see if they might possibly have a tire that I could purchase to replace the junk one. They answered right away and even said they could mount and balance it same day for me :) I couldn’t recommend them more!

Awesome company to work with! Broke down Friday night was able to get towed to their place and fixed and ready to go by Sunday night. Very good pricing as-well. Would highly recommend!
