Excellent shop, very punctual. I went in for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to fit me in the same day according to my schedule. The place is full of history and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. Highly recommended!

Big thanks to Pep Boys Johns Creek. My skid plate came loose while driving because the last oil change spot didn’t reinstall it properly. They squeezed me in right away and Kevon was awesome. Super chill, very knowledgeable, and he even used bolts from his own car since mine were missing. Got everything tightened up fast and I was in and out in like 20 minutes. Maggie at the front desk was also really nice and helpful. Definitely glad I came here.

Very rarely do you feel so at ease leaving a car somewhere and know you’re getting honest, quality service. Maggie was exceptional is explaining our issue, the pricing, and time to repair.
