Car trouble is stressful enough. The last thing you want is another hassle when your car won’t start and you have a million things to do. I needed to pick up my kid, get to the doctor, and handle other responsibilities, so I was already on edge.<br><br>I managed to get a tow truck to bring my car in, and luckily they were able to fit me in. Jim took care of me right away and got me back on the road for a fair price. On top of that, the customer service was great and my car was even cleaned. That honestly surprised me. I can’t remember the last time I took my car in for service and received that level of treatment. Totally unexpected, but definitely appreciated.<br><br>I originally thought the issue was my alternator, but I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. They ran a proper diagnostic and found out it was just the battery. No upselling, no unnecessary repairs.<br><br>I can’t thank them enough. Honest, efficient, and great service. Highly recommend.

I will say this about Dean’s Automotive. Know what you want done and they will do it well! They are honest and get right to it. I purchased a shuttle bus and took it to them! They took care of only what was needed, everything else checked out well. I can appreciate the way they do business.<br><br>I have also purchased a commercial passenger van from them. Here we are almost 5 years later and it still runs strong. They sell and do quality work!
