Extremely unreliable. Consistently fails to pick up our trash and recycling on the schedule days. Most recently we were told they wouldn’t get to our recycling on the scheduled day (Wednesday) and they would be there the next day to get it. They did not arrive the next day or the day after that. We called again on Friday and the girl had the audacity to tell us we needed to have some patience and that they would pick it up first thing Monday. It’s now Monday evening and my recycling is still sitting at the bottom of my driveway. Terribly unprofessional. Will be canceling services tomorrow

As a truck driver you have to go around onto the scale..now what I mean by that is go straight once you enter this location till you cant no more make sure you take a wide turn because it will catch you off guard the scale being right there once you make that turn. Then you talk to the person on the intercom giving them all your information P/U #, tractor #, and trailer # they will tell you to go back around to dock the only available dock they have once you finish you have to go back around on the scale then to the main office door to get your paper work.<br><br>P.F.S<br>Chock your wheel and take the red line out they won't tell you that and the worker will check it to make sure its right

Patrick at Apple Valley was excellent to work with. He was able to provide a quote same day. A dumpster was delivered after hours and he made sure it was placed where requested. He was in constant communication and made the process seamless. Highly recommend!!
