    I recently bought a car from here and only after the seven day return policy did I learn there were a decent amount of things wrong with the car. The passenger and trunk didn't lock at all. I also learned that there had never been a flush done to the engine that it wasn't running properly. Although I know the car is under warranty, the type of car I bought couldn't be worked on by any of the mechanics that would honour to this warranty. So I ended up having to take it to the only dealership that sold and worked on this type of car. I wish they had mentioned it before I bought the car so that I could have had them cover it for me instead of the thousand dollars it took me to fix the three situations. If you sell a European car, make sure the mechanics you recommend actually know how to work on it. I love the car, but wish they had mentioned all the issues.

    Recently I used this location for the purchase of my car and I want to say, thank you Carvana Arlington Heights for a seamless, professional and truly non-hassled experience. The woman who took care of us, Kim, had a great attitude and was super buttoned-up and there wasn't one "hiccup" in the process. Literally I think we were there 10 minutes. Having an appointment is the only way to go as they have everything ready for you. No need to wait on anything. Then, upon returning home we realized something was left behind in the car. Took a trip out there the next day and again, another great experience retrieving the item. Separately and TOTALLY UNRELATED to the sale of the car and the customer service, I would say the atmosphere needs some work. In fact, when we first drove up we weren't even sure the location was open. But again, that did not affect the experience at all. Thanks again.
