This is actually the SECOND time this has happened to me, which makes it even worse. I drove the truck for only about 15 miles and made sure to refill the gas back to the exact same level before returning it. Despite that, they still tried to charge me for 8 gallons ($41), which makes absolutely no sense. I had to argue and push back just to get a partial refund, and even then they only returned $25 and kept the rest for no valid reason. This feels completely unfair and borderline dishonest. Customer service was unhelpful and clearly didn’t care about resolving the issue properly. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with the same issue again. Be very careful if you rent from here — double-check everything, take photos, and don’t trust their gas charges. Would not recommend at all. Never using this location again.

November 2, 2025 about 11 am I came to orent a truck. I was using this location for years. The woman that working at that looked like she has some infection disease on her skin. I didn't bother though and proceeded renting the truck as usual. Apparently, this time I was asked for the second phone number. Who has the second phone number ?! I told her that I only have one phone number and she said : " second phone number or no rental - you can go to other locations they mau help you" - so I told them that there is no reason for this attitude and she doesn't have to be that rude. I don't know what's going with this location but they definitely need to change their stuff if they want to stay in business because now I will suggest all my neighbours to take and extra mile to go somewhere else. I am also filling the customer service complaint

The whole process was easy, and the staff was professional and friendly. The truck was ready upon arrival, and the rent was easy. The staff did a great job.
