The salesman was helpful before i bought, but after was nowhere to be found to go over the new truck with me. The truck had 2 service issue lights on the dash which for a new truck is moot good. There was also old tape stuck to the carpet under the floor mat. The finance part of the truck buying was excellent! Overall happy with the great deal, just not happy with the way the truck was delivered

I had a very poor experience at Arlington Heights Ford a few months ago. I initially visited to look at a Honda. Sam was polite and pleasant to work with, but Victor was incredibly condescending throughout the interaction, which made the experience uncomfortable. The vehicle was significantly overpriced, and interestingly, it remained on their lot for months after I viewed it, which only reinforced my concerns. What has been even more frustrating is that four months later, I am still receiving calls from the dealership asking if I’m in the market, despite clearly communicating in the past that I already purchased a vehicle elsewhere. The lack of respect for that communication has left a lasting negative impression.
