Wasn't too busy when I got there, check-in on scale. Provide information and docks are on the opposite side of the building, decent amount of space to maneuver your trailer to the dock

Absolutely terrible experience at this landfill. My trucks were left waiting for hours just to dump up a load, and no one seemed to care. There was zero organization—no clear line, no instructions, and no one directing traffic. Drivers were sitting in their cabs burning fuel while workers stood around, looked at the trucks, and said nothing. A few of them were just on their phones, leaning against equipment, completely ignoring the line that was backing up.<br>The management is clearly inconsistent. One worker says to wait in one spot, another comes later and says something completely different. There’s no communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency at all. It feels like every truck is just left there until someone randomly decides to help.<br>The conditions are just as bad. The smell is unbearable even by landfill standards, trash is scattered everywhere, and the whole place looks poorly maintained. Potholes, mud, and debris make it hard to even maneuver safely. For a major Bay Area facility, this place is an absolute embarrassment.<br>Hours wasted, fuel wasted, and zero professionalism from the staff. Completely unacceptable and a disgrace to the Bay Area. Something seriously needs to change here.

It was easy and affordable to get rid of some furniture, garbage. I personally by doing it myself saved money. I'm glad it wasn't much of a drive
