Sam our tow truck operator was very skilled and unloaded the product safely, ensuring nothing was damaged, quickly and efficiently. Ash was our dispatcher and she was very helpful with scheduling and making sure they could help us in a very tight time frame with an interesting request. Ash’s communication was excellent. She knew exactly what was needed to tow a low profile sports car and got me a tow truck within 20 minutes of my call. She kept me updated throughout the whole process. Tyler was the tow truck driver who did an amazing job taking great care of my Lotus and safely delivered it to its destination. He obviously has a lot of experience towing low profile sports cars and does it with a smile. Everyone was so friendly, understanding and considerate. They went above and beyond to make this towing experience a great one. I would highly recommend them for future tows, and I’ll be saving their number in my phone!

I called Magnum towing after the motor in my car blew. Dispatch was pretty helpful with helping me pin point my location and how long the wait was going to be. Shaun the driver arrived quickly and got the car hooked up quickly and safely. The ride was great he was very friendly and kept the conversation going so it wouldn’t be awkward. He was very professional and made the process a lot easier, and after all the price was very reasonable
