I had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a towing company when dealing with Wixom Towing. From the moment I called, things went downhill. The dispatcher sounded uninterested and rushed, barely letting me explain the situation before cutting me off and giving me a rough estimate that turned out to be completely inaccurate. I was told a truck would arrive in “about 30–45 minutes.” Instead, I ended up waiting well over two hours with no courtesy call, no update, nothing. When the driver finally arrived, the attitude matched the service—unprofessional and dismissive. It felt like I was inconveniencing them, even though I was the one stranded and paying for the service. Simple questions about the process were met with short, irritated answers. The lack of professionalism was honestly surprising for a company that advertises 24/7 service and “quick response times.” To make things worse, the pricing was nowhere near what I was quoted over the phone. There were extra fees added without any clear explanation. When I asked for clarification, I got vague answers and a shrug. At that point, after waiting so long, I just wanted to get my vehicle where it needed to go. Overall, Wixom Towing turned a stressful situation into an even more aggravating one. The communication was terrible, the wait time was unacceptable, the customer service was lacking, and the final price felt completely inconsistent. I would strongly recommend choosing a different towing company if you want reliability, transparency, and even basic professionalism because none of that was present here.

Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else. Do not short change yourself by going to places like this.
