I went to the shop in June of 2013. They helped me out with an issue my car was having within an hour of me pulling up without an appointment. Price was reasonable for the job they did. I paid with a credit card. Had no issues with payment. All staff were kind and polite. I didn't feel like they were trying to pull one over on me just because I am a woman, like some places do. If I ever have a problem with my car within the Albany area, I'd definitely take it there again. No regrets doing business with them the first time.

These guys are great!<br>I was on my way for a long drive today, passing Albany when my tire pressure went low.<br>I randomly stopped in for help.<br>They quickly repaired my tire and checked all to assure I had safe travels.<br>With NO charge.<br>SO kind and friendly.
