We had an outstanding experience with this tire shop and truly can’t say enough good things about the owner and his customer service. After purchasing our Sprinter van, we had a 5-hour drive to pick it up and he was incredibly flexible, agreeing to get us in immediately after pickup so we could have snow tires installed right away. When a major snowstorm forced us to reschedule, he was completely understanding and still got us back in as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we accidentally provided the wrong tire size after he had already ordered the tires and had our van in the shop ready to go. We fully expected to pay for his time and the inconvenience, but he absolutely refused to take any money. His kindness, professionalism, and integrity really stood out. Top-notch customer service like this is rare these days. If you’re looking for a shop that is flexible, honest, and genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place. Highly recommend.

Since I live in an area sometimes 2022<br>I have an issue with the one of the tire I crossed the street walked to them. One of the guys came in fixed that issue for me. That was nice of them to com to my house to get the hop done so I didn’t have to move my car. I’ll just spend some extra cash.

Tried this place for the first time because of the good reviews. My windshield wipers had suddenly stopped working. I got an appointment quickly but they called me a few hours after I dropped off my car to say I'd probably have to take it to the dealer because they weren't able to fix it (electronic issue).<br><br>What shocked me was they didn't charge me a dime for the time and effort spent in diagnostics. I can't remember the last time I had ANY service done on anything where they didn't charge me at least $100 just to show up/ take a look. I will definitely come back if I need tires, or car repair that isn't electronic. Thank you!
