They dispatched a tow driver named patrick for my AAA service call and I was almost over charged 33% on the mileages. I told him the route on Google maps showed 9.6 miles and he was telling me AAA told him it's 15 and there's nothing he can do about it. He was obviously trying to keep the extra money for himself because I spoke with two supervisors from AAA and said that the tow truck driver informed them that I was refusing to pay any amount so the situation would look like it was my fault when all I was asking was for a more logical route without heavy traffic and extra miles. These people are scam artists I don't trust that guy Patrick with anything and I would never advise anyone to get service from these guys unless you want to get ripped off. And in the end I wasted three hours of my time trying to get a tow when I was going to pay and I have a AAA membership. Now I understand the stereotypes on tv about tow truck drivers.

This place attempted to tow my car when I requests door entry service. They destroyed the interior lining of my vehicle door. Do not get serviced by them.
