We broke down during the Christmas Holidays. Our 2023 Traverse needed a new engine. Ultimate Auto found us an engine (and transmission). They took the time to listen to our concerns, offering several options to proceed.<br>We live over two some hours away and feared we would not find a good mechanic. Not only did they provide a loaner-saving us a lot of money-they offered top notch service.<br>I would highly recommend Ultimate Auto for minor, major car repairs.

This experience was like a breath of fresh air. I have intermittently taken my 2017 Jeep Cherokee to get checked because the check engine light was on and the remote start will not function until it is resolved. I’ve paid for several “fixes” only to have the light come back on within a day. Scheduling a time to be dropped off and be without a car is difficult. Ultimate Auto allowed me to schedule on the website and request a loaner car. This process was seamless even though I had to trade cars after hours. All of the paperwork was easily completed online. They did a thorough diagnosis of my car and found it needed a catalytic converter. They came up with an estimate for the replacement as well as doing other required maintenance ( tune up small oil leak repair). We scheduled the repair and I was again seamlessly set up with loaner car for free. The communication was fantastic. They stuck to the time line as well as price agreement. Very friendly and professional.
