Matt and colleagues do a great job with our cars. I went there first 7-8 years ago for help with an aging hybrid (2001 Prius), and have kept going there for EV maintenance since. They are really knowledgeable about all of the cars, and offer great service. They are also always game for doing the necessary research to find solutions to unusual problems I bring them. Feels really good to have a shop that I can trust with all of it.

Beware Tesla owners...I went in because I was told that since I was a new customer I wouldn't be charged anything to have the car inspected and diagnosed. I was promptly charged $200 for that inspection. In addition, I had to put down over $700 as a deposit to fix minor parts to the car. I went to Tesla service center and it ran less than $500. Finally, I was able to sit down in the center and have snacks. This place told me I couldn't wait in their waiting room. "That's not going to work for us". Tesla owners steer clear....find the service center that will work for you.

ATTENTION PRIUS AND HYBRID OWNERS! There is an alternative to going to the dealership.<br><br>Every repair shop that I brought my Prius to told me that I would have go to a dealership, as they don’t deal with hybrids. (obviously, much much much more expensive).. I was so fortunate to have a friend that referred me to Leo and Son’s (hybrid specialist) or I would never have known they were an option for me. The quality of their work speaks for itself, their customer service far exceeds any dealership or other repair shop I’ve ever been to (and there were many and I have had many vehicles in my many years) and the price was less than half of what a dealership would’ve charged me!<br><br>So grateful and thank you so much, Matt, for going without a doubt above and beyond but any customer can possibly expect.
