Went to check out a 2018 Audi A4 Prestige here. At first everything seemed fine — they greeted me, let me look over the car, no issues there. Car looked decent overall. Tires were good, but brakes and rotors were definitely getting close to needing replacement. On the test drive, I noticed right away the alignment was off. Also saw it had an aftermarket windshield, which can matter on these cars since it can affect the calibration. Biggest issue for me was when I asked to put the car on a lift. They told me I couldn’t unless l agree on their full price for the vehicle plus hidden fees I didn’t know about. That just doesn’t make sense. If I’m about to spend that kind of money, I should be able to see the underside of the car before committing. There’s a lot you can’t see otherwise, and I’m not taking that risk blind. I brought up the alignment, windshield, and the fact I couldn’t inspect underneath, and they still wouldn’t move at all on price. Just kept saying someone else would buy it at full price. On top of that, they started pushing the whole “leave a deposit today or it’ll be gone tomorrow” thing, which honestly just made me want to run out of there. I won’t be looking to purchase anymore vehicles here.

I am extremely tardy with this review, since I have been a loyal customer of sales and service for over a decade! Mini, as a brand, has a very cool vibe! Mini of Peabody is so true to this great concept! I have bought or leased five Mini Coopers from MOP! Every one I have ever worked with has been so nice, fun, relaxed and professional! I would like to single out Nicole, Mark, and Yegor in service! Also, Charlotte, the Mini genius was super helpful! The sales approach is very low key and friendly! Definitely a high touch experience! The facility could not be nicer! The cars and the dealership are so beautiful! While you are waiting for your car, the waiting areas are very inviting with nice snacks and drinks. Service will valet you to a store or mall nearby and pick you up again! One of the nicest dealer experiences I could imagine!
