Poor customer service, excuse after excuse as to why my car wasn’t done and new expected dates of completion. I had to keep checking with them about completion dates as I was using a rental and they kept stalling the date week after week, finally I started getting random and vague updates weekIy about current status, I got my car back two months after collision incident and the body looks great but now my horn isn’t working and it’s out of inspection. I can understand back orders, or waiting on delivery but be up front and explain cause of delays. They offered a free inspection, something that prob could have been done in the two+ months that my car was sitting around at their shop. I’ve never had to deal with such unprofessional behavior and inefficient business practices. Do not recommend. Edit to reiterate after their response. I asked for rough time frames as I’m understanding of the facts they pointed out, and was given a hard time to expect completion. Tired of excuses and poor customer service. I’ve heard good things from Cummins in Altoona so anyone want reliable and faster service should go there.

AC compressor seized and AAA towed and then these guys were champs. Fist experience with them and they were incredibly flexible. I called the morning after the tow to let them know my car was there and then they sent me estimates same day. Started on Wednesday and had it ready on Friday. Crazy turn around and super satisfied with the service!
