Very unprofessional service. We lost a significant amount of time here, which caused our load to be delayed and had to be rescheduled. Completely unacceptable for a truck service facility that should understand how critical time is in this industry. Customer service was poor and unhelpful, showing no urgency or accountability. It’s a shame that this particular branch is making such a big dent in the overall reputation of TA Truck Service, especially when other TA locations perform much better. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service and operations.

Sat 7 hours for a tire patched yesterday. Once I realized I was getting played i sat in the office. Older light skin mechanic decided he could stop scrolling on his phone and "help me"<br><br>He said "why dont you just patch it"<br><br>Takes my tire off sprays it with soap and water and tells me I dont have a leak that my stim was loose "I tightened it, no charge"<br><br>Of corse im at my 90 sitting on my rim. TA usually takes good care of things but seems this one has checked out.

I would give them minus 5 if you can. Petro TA should close all these shops. You came in. With all bays empty thinking you’re going to get fixed asap and they always tell you they can’t take your truck now. If you dare to ask them why because nobody’s doing anything the go ballistic and meaning in a second. Here on Florece same as Kenly, Virginia or Bordentown NJ.<br>Hope someone from Corporate see this message
