My daughter needed a tow, and B&B sent a rollback. I told the driver that the transmission was locked in park. Then driver said that he would to drag it, with the wheels locked. I told him that would damage the tires, and possibly other things. At that time, he told me that he knew what he was doing, that he had been doing this for years, and that I needed to hush. I again said that I didn't want the car damaged and asked if he had dollies. At that point, he said he wasn't towing it, and left. An officer called another tow. When that arrived, it took the driver less then a minute to get the car out of gear, and loaded without any damage.

My wife accidently put gasoline in our Duramax dually, went about 20 feet and it cutoff. She was 80 miles from home and pulling a horse trailer with a large pony that just had surgery. This could have been a real nightmare and I was heading that way to help. Then she realized she had towing insurance that also covered the trailer. This covered the cost of towing ALL the way home. The owner Murray was very professional and respectful or her situation. Loaded the truck on a rollback, hooked up the trailer and brought her home. What a blessing to have somebody like this to assist her. Trying to add 5 stars

I was on my way home to Surfside when the lugs sheared off of my driver front wheel. I called B&B from a Google search since they were less then 10 miles from me. I spoke with Brantley who tried to find me someone local to service my vehicle that day. Since it was 430p Noone was able to fit me in due to them all closing at 5. Brantley then offered to take me and my vehicle home (55 miles away) at an extremely reasonable rate. He was very professional and prompt. I will definitely be callin them again if I ever need their services again. Thank you B&B!!
