This was the worst experience we had. Purchased an engine through JDM. They sold us a blew engine and claimed it passed their pressure testing. We contacted them and it took forever for them to get back to us. Several weeks of calling and emails with no response. When we called they said we had to email and when we emailed they wouldn’t respond. This was supposed be covered under warranty but they did not honor it. They made no attempt to make it right. We lost out on a significant amount of money, and we still don’t have a car that has a running engine. Lesson learned. Never buy from JDM and do your research on reviews. They are a middle man and do not take any responsibility for selling products that are unusable. I might report this unethical business practice.

Sold me a knocking engine on start up (piston slap) and don’t want to warranty the engine. Engine showed up 3 teeth out of time told me I had to have it installed anyways even though it’s an interference engine. Also engine has an oil cooler that hooks to nothing indicating stuff has been swapped off and or over and this engine was not pulled out of a running car or tested as advertised. I Paid to have it installed to be able to file the warranty if there was an issue and it’s knocking they said it sounds healthy!!!! even tho it’s knocking!!!! buyer beware! Had to file a PayPal claim in hopes of getting a refund and them to pick this junk up. Had it diagnosed and installed at a subaru dealership!! And they are trying to say the engine is good even though it was diagnosed as bad at the subaru dealer. BUYER BEWARE! I got my refund from PayPal but I had to pay to return the engine because they would not pay return shipping. This company is 10000% a scam.

Bought engine for honda odyssey,was very skeptical about it,old engine last me 275k.the new engine came in box and looked brand new .only brakes were smaller,so keep old hardware ,but otherwise great buy ,works great ,took all censers,centers, check engine light nothing.extremly happy with my purchase. It was my mom's present but she no longer hrre I wish I could change her engine .thank you jdm I am very happy with your service
