Angel from Five Star Towing was super prompt in answering the call and exactly in time with his ETA. He towed my Toyota 4 runner n a flatbed and took extra care of the vehicle as if it was his own. He was super polite and I will definitely be using him for my towing needs in the future.

Very disappointing service from Five Star Towing. Technician J050 – Enrique V was rude, unprofessional, and refused to work with me in any way. He even mentioned he was “having a bad day.” After loading my car, he declined to offer any flexibility on payment and then dropped off the vehicle and drove off without a word.<br>Not the level of customer service you expect from a towing company.

My car wouldn’t fully start and Chance S. from Five Star Towing arrived and saved my day. He was very efficient and swift in getting my car onto the flatbed, getting us to my mecanic’s shop, and then backing his truck into a tight parking area. Well done, Chance! It was a pleasure working with you & I appreciate how you got everything done so well in my need of a tow.<br><br>Later in the day I needed a 2nd tow to another facility and Juan R truly pulled through. Super nice & helpful guy who also did a great tow and is super pleasant too!<br><br>Today I had 2 out of my 3 Five Star tows and have truly become aware of my luck with AAA as each of the 3 Five Star members have truly lived up to their company’s name.<br><br>Thanks to each of you for the stellar service you’ve all provided me!!!
