This shop was absolutely incredible. They made every smooth from before I put in the claim to after returning the rental. They’re so knowledgeable and transparent from the get go, no surprises and no hassles. They walked me through the claim, rentals, and of course the body work. The car came back looking brand new off the lot! I would definitely recommend this shop and (hopefully I won’t have to) I will always use this shop moving forward.

I recently had my SUV undergo autobody repairs under Jose’s guidance. It looks brand-new and he explained all the repairs to me with polite professionalism. The shop sent me regular text updates on the status of my repairs, has a helpful partnership with rental car services in the area, and takes pride in their work. They even washed and detailed my car before pickup and relocated my items back to my trunk (they had to be moved to allow for the repairs). Great experience with knowledgable professionals.

Staying Persistent

Forget other body shops in the area, this is the one! I messed up the front bumper on my Honda Civic. I was able to upload images of my car to carwise and got a quote for the repair in a few days. I did request the same thing with the Paramus Honda sponsored body shop and they wanted to charge me 6 times more just for a post repair scan. Jose was very nice and actually cares about the customer. I got the car in much better shape than I left it.
