I drove to them because they were the closest place to the autozone I was at, I bought my own front brake pads, rotors, and calipers, and they still charged me almost $500 in labour and I had no choice because they were already working on it and other places were closed or too far away. The guy working on my brakes drank 5 beers during the time he worked on my car. I counted. When they finished hours later, they told me my master cylinder was bad so there is no brake pressure. I then had the two most dangerous drives of my life driving with squishy brakes with zero brake pressure. I thought it was my fault because they said it was the master cylinder. I then took it to a different place to replace the master cylinder, but the new place told me the real culprit, Speed Muffler. Turns out, they installed my callipers backwards, which is like how do you even mess that up it’s the bare minimum. Because they installed them wrong, the brakes were not able to be bled properly. As a result, I had to pay another $550 out of pocket to get an inspection, my callipers fixed and rebled and installed properly. Nothing was wrong with my master cylinder by the way, they messed up my brakes and after I paid to get them fixed at another place, my brakes work better than ever. They just simply assumed and came up with a fake reason why my brakes that were working fine before couldn’t hold pressure and were going to the floor after they worked on it. I contacted them after this to let them know of the issue, and they leave me on read and dodge my calls, even changed their voicemail from English to Spanish. When they did pick up, they keep telling me they’re busy and blowing me off. I didn’t want to write this review too early in case they did offer some sort of refund or solution, but they did not do that and have instead acted shady. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, AND HEADACHE.
