My parents and I went in to buy a used 2025 Toyota Camry SE. Marina was great with helping us get started but I do feel the process was a bit longer than it needed to be due to the car being set up under a business account. There should be a speedier process from paperwork to electronic. Also, the persistent calls prior to us going down to see the car should be reduced. I understand wanting to make a deal, but I don’t need 7-8 phone calls to tell me the car is available and ready to be test drove. One call/leaving one message suffices. Overall, it was fine but just minor tweaks to better handle a speedier process.
