I got my car from the Wooster Jd byrider. I love the car and at first the mechanics did a wonderful job at fixing the items that needed fixed but back in August I got an oil change and it started making this knocking sound so I went in and talked to Donnie He said that it was a dust cover underneath my car that was rattling nothing to worry about and he said to set up an appointment so I called September 7 to set up an appointment for October 6 because I would’ve been off that day. So I dropped the car off on the fifth, so it would be there in the morning. Donnie calls me wanting to know why my car is there and I told him what was going on and I Check the brakes too, and that I wanted that noise taken care of the dust Cover he says well I don’t know if we can get to it today. I said wait a minute I had an appointment. And he says I don’t have you down for an appointment At this point, I was getting a little frustrated. Because I called in on the seventh and set up an appointment for the sixth because I was gonna be off That day. well, things just went from bad to worse so they said they fixed it. It’s still to this day making that noise. I took it in again and they listen to it and said that I needed a serpentine belt and a motor mount so they change that 200 and some dollars charge me $44 to have that thing ripped off and far as I know they didn’t even check the brakes So to this day, it’s still making that noise. The belt is squealing and I have a hubcap missing. I checked my oil all the time it doesn’t even look like they did an oil change, which they were supposed to do the one Time and I’ve tried to call several times. Keep getting the answering machine. Nobody answers it rings and rings and rings and says they can’t answer the phone right now. I am a single person one income for my household. I work 40 hours a week. I’m having health issues right now. I can’t afford a car that does not run. When I’m driving home from work it’s late at night and I live in a different town from Wooster So it’s not real safe to drive a car that’s not safe My brakes are still rubbing so I just don’t understand all of this Mechanics are Not too bright I don’t guess I don’t know or maybe they just don’t care that’s my rant

I purchased a vehicle from the Dayton Mall location July 2022 no complaints on this purchase moving forward I was in an accident car was totaled I returned to Byrider 40 days ago to get another car and now there is no sound from the radio it comes on but no sound the backup camera no sound when in reverse no sound from the turn signals no sound when opening the doors made several calls to the service department calls go straight to voicemail, voicemail full spoke with my salesman told him my issues after making calls no call backs no communication I went to the dealership and being pointed in different directions the service guy that sits at the desk when you walk in he has no care in the world with my issue shrugged his shoulders once I explained the issues The GM was on vacation and she was suppose to get in contact with me and I have yet to hear from her so I am not sure if my issues was even talked about with her. I have dropped my vehicle off today 12/18/2025 so they can see what the issue is. To put icing on the cake the phones are not working and has not been working for over a week and some days. Communication is poor customer service is poor. Deangelo a good salesman that is the only thing that this location has. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I will not be a returning customer. It is sad that DeAngelo is a good salesman good customer service and the company does not<br>value him.It is sad that he has been the only line of communication I have had with this issue and he is only the salesman thank you DeAngelo for being a great salesman you need to find another dealership to work at that will appreciate you.
