My car broke down this morning. From the time I called to get a tow to the time it arrived safe and sound at my home was maybe an hour and a half, tops. In my opinion that is super quick considering I wasn't sure I'd get a tow same day for a reasonable price. The guy that dropped it off and the dispatch lady were super friendly as well. I would recommend if you need a tow.

Last week my wife and I were dropping off food for some friends who recently had a baby. We got out of our van to drop the food at the doorstep, shut the doors and our dog jumped on the inside door panel and managed to lock the car door with the vehicle running and our two children inside. The situation was not an emergency but did require immediate assistance.<br><br>The fire dept and police dept arrived but did not have lockout kits.<br><br>We contacted Jackson towing and Leo from Jackson county towing arrived rapidly. He jumped out of his rig, and literally ran with his tools to the van and had it opened within minutes. It took convincing to get him to even take a tip.<br><br>Great service from Leo, I highly recommend, very professional and caring.
