I just got back from O’Reilly Auto Parts on Sunset Blvd in Renton, and I gotta say - I had a fantastic experience! While borrowing my son’s car, I noticed the driver’s side windshield wiper was frayed, so I decided to stop by O’Reilly’s to find a replacement.<br><br>Deeandre, one of the employees there, was incredibly helpful. He guided me through the options and helped me choose the best and safest wiper for the upcoming Seattle fall and winter rainy weather. Not only did he recommend a wiper (which was the Bosch wiper) that would minimize streaks, but he also offered to install it for me right then and there, which was a huge relief!<br><br>While I was there, I thought about the passenger side wiper and figured it would be wise to replace that one too. Deeandre took the time to install that wiper as well, demonstrating exceptional customer service and knowledge about the products.<br><br>The store itself is a treasure trove of inspiration. I found shelves filled with accessories and organization solutions for my car, showcasing the latest name brands and innovative ideas. It was refreshing to walk in and feel inspired to update my vehicle with the best additions.<br><br>Overall, my visit to O’Reilly was not just about getting new wipers; it was an enjoyable experience thanks to Deeandre's assistance and the store's great selection. Absolutely terrible! They treated me terribly. They gave me the wrong parts multiple times they were acting like they knew everything while getting it wrong. After the first time they got it wrong and I called up there to speak to somebody they put me on a super long hold and never came back to the phone just waiting on me to hang up and didn't fix the problem. I ended up having to walk in the rain with my 3-year-old daughter to get the correct part which I did the first time picking it out myself.
