Huge thank you to Hooked Up Towing for their quick and professional help! My friend Olga ended up in a ditch, and after we called AAA, they had Hooked Up Towing dispatched and on the scene in about 15–20 minutes. Mark was great on the phone, keeping us updated the whole time on when Joe would arrive, which we really appreciated. Joe did an awesome job getting the car safely out of the ditch and made the whole process look easy. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. We were so relieved by how quickly they responded and how smoothly everything was handled. Excellent service during a stressful situation. Highly recommend! Great job!

Mark and Ralph were so amazing and super friendly!! Mark walked me through all the options I had an tried to save me as much money as possible! They came out within an hour to change my battery and my car needed to be towed anyway so Ralph took it straight over to my mechanic! I will always be using Hooked-Up Towing as AAA wouldn’t take my car. Great price too!! 10 stars!

We parked at a surf shop trying to avoid paying but that backfired but the guy working on the 4th of July gave incredible customer service. Communicated clearly where we could pick up and how much it would cost. All around great guy chatted it up for a minute while we were picking up the vehicle. Dude deserves a raise for how knowledgeable he is in the business.
