O'Reilly's on Main Street is great! I went to get a new battery yesterday and they were very helpful and efficient. The manager, Ever changed the battery for me and took the old one. It only tood about 10 minutes!<br>Even though you can find a lower price for a battery elsewhere, the little extra you pay for the service included at O'Reilly's is worth it!

Custer service here sucks, they don’t try to do they’re job to help out customers. Bought a battery 4 months ago and it has been giving me issues, since it’s under warranty i decided to come here to get a new one since its close to my home. They told me i didn’t have a warranty and didnt bother to go thru their system to see when it was bought. It took me to drive to another location to deal with my own race. They pulled up my purchase within a few clicks and got me taken care of free of charge since they were able to locate my purchase which my warranty was still active. I’ll never come back to this Main St location due to how they treated me as a young black male.
