I took my car in for a tire patch, and somehow they ended up breaking my key fob and would not own up to it or take accountability.<br>I gave possession of my vehicle to "Jasmine," the NTB receptionist. She claimed the key was already broken (Bladen lie), but when I went to turn the car on, the key failed to turn due to the fob being broken. Fresh glue residue was still on the key.<br>I then spoke to John Guzman (store manager) and Henry Wadsorth (service manager), who then told me that none of the employees would be getting in trouble for their actions (which isn't the point). They then "spoke" to their crew, and no one owned up to breaking my key. They claimed I did it and that they wouldn't do anything for me.<br>Don't waste your time at this location with sleazy workers with no customer skills. I gain nothing from this but an inconvenience and an expense. if they would have offered a solution I would not need to escalate this. If you want trust worthy work don’t come here.

I’ve been to NTB several times now for an oil change, new brakes, and a full set of new tires, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and upfront about what my car needs. They explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciate.<br>The work they’ve done on my car has been reliable every time. My oil change was quick, my brakes feel brand new, and the new tires made a huge difference in how smooth my car drives. They finished everything in a reasonable time and kept me updated throughout the process. Overall, NTB has definitely earned my trust. If you’re looking for honest, efficient, and quality car service, I highly recommend them!

I've been to NTB in League City three times in the past month once with my daughter's car and twice with my car and I can honestly say that the service was impeccable. The honesty, respect and compassion that they show to there customers is unmatched they actually diagnose the problem first then talk to you about different solutions without trying to over charge you and if it don't need fixing they will let you know so you won't be spending unnecessary money. The times I've went to NTB I've always talked to Mike and Henry those two guys are amazing at what they do. Thank you so much for your honesty,compassion and integrity when it came to servicing my vehicles. Keep up the great work .
