Got my car (deemed unsafe to drive) towed here as a result of an accident I was involved in.. The owners of Ruckles were more than patient, kind and understanding as I fought for days to get a single word out of both insurance companies to find out what's going to be done with my car! When all was said and done two weeks later, and neither insurance company was going to help me out in the slightest, Ruckles had generously allowed an uncle of mine to tow it away at no further expense than the initial towing cost the night of the accident. They were even so kind as to provide a thorough damage estimate. I may not have gotten work done here but these are genuine folks you could trust! Many thanks!

Took my truck here 15 years ago. They did a great job straightening the frame. Couple of weeks ago someone backed into the hood. Ruckles pre ordered the hood, grille and other parts. Pre painted the hood. 1 day turn around with my truck in their possession. The front looks brand new! These guys rock. Thanks ruckles and crew!

I gave Ruckles a call because the striker bolt on my 40 year old truck had rusted out and needed to be reinstalled. Instead of being bothered by such a small request they were happy to help with top quality work. They even noticed one my my rear view mirrors was shattered and sourced a new set of mirrors for me.
