I wish I could give them NO STARS... Very sketchy place.... My car was towed from my apartment complex and the people at this establishment were very unprofessional & not welcoming at all... When I contacted them & asked for the location, I was told to put the phone number in Google... When I showed up, it was a very sketchy location, that looked closed/abandoned... I followed the notes on the establishment that instructed to wait in front of the window for assistance.... The service was the worst, there was 0 communication, they dug through for my registration card & left it very trashy.... When they brought my car out, there was no communication... This place is the worst

There is nothing positive to say about this place. The lady was rude and she acknowledged it. I called to complain and was told there was no one to help with a complaint. No customer service at all. This business should be closed. I was not given keys in my hand they took out car and just left it there without even telling me. I will make a-complain to bbb

This is going to sound insane for being a 5 star review.<br>But although I had my vehicle towed for parking in an area that I was not permitted to, this was my first time dealing with a towing company ever. It was stressful not having my vehicle for the day. But the gentleman met me that evening, and let me retrieve my vehicle. Mind you, there sign says that you have to create an appointment between Monday-Friday. These folks were closed on a Saturday and let me get my car. The gentleman was also really nice. We just chatted while he filled out my paper receipt.
