On Dec. 10 I went to Firestone for emision testing. Signing in with the attendent took while because there was a line waiting to see him. After registering for emision testing, for approx. 30 minutes which really wasn't a bad wait time. I sw my car when the testing was complete moved to the parking area.<br>Unfortunately there was only one individual working the desk and there were customers lined up to see the attendent. I waited longer to get my keys after the test was done than waiting for the testing.<br>The attendent, whose name is Fernando. was great and doing his best. But one person should not be taking care of customers, HIRE MORE HELP
