Rating: 1 Star if I had the zero option that is what u would select<br><br>I visited this AutoZone location today to purchase a light for one of my vehicle. I initially asked an employee for assistance and received very poor customer service. The employee was dismissive and unwilling to help. When I asked to speak with a manager, he stated that he was the manager. When I then asked for his name, he said he did not have one.<br><br>I explained to him that I regularly shop at this location and had never experienced this type of service. I told him I was surprised by the interaction and that I still needed assistance. After continuing to insist on help, he eventually retrieved the light and I completed my purchase.<br><br>While I did receive the product, the service was unacceptable. There was a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and suggest staying away due to the poor customer service.

Went in last week to get a new battery. Daniel was super great and helped me get the battery I needed for my car. It was super busy, but he was so nice and apologetic how busy it was.

I have a 20 yr old car. So, replacement parts are key. They can test your car battery. I have bought batteries for several vehicles at this place. They install it for you. They also install headlight bulbs a brake light bulbs. I get my car fluids like oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, power steering fluid and windshield wipe fluids at this place.
