I was a walk in about 11:30 am. An inspection was performed. The service I got after inspection was front and back breaks and rotors. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. She was very helpful. She gave me a coupon that was a better deal than my military discount. My car was repaired while I waited.and about 2:30 pm I was driving on a new pair of shoes (breaks) for my car. My drive home was amazing and I felt very safe.

Disclaimer: I did not have any service done at this shop<br><br>I had so many questions related to the repairs my vehicle needs and everyone at the front desk was so helpful and willing to walk me through the conversation and questions I had despite not having an appointment or actually giving them any business (due to my vehicle being a hybrid and requiring service at the dealership).<br><br>I am very appreciative of the customer service and friendliness of staff and will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for any maintenance that they are able to take care of.

I set up an appointment for 3:30. I dropped my car off at 3:15. I didn’t realize they closed earlier on Sundays which is my fault and I admit that, but never once was the tracker provided by them to follow along with your vehicle updated. I checked it multiple times through the time I waited. At about 5:20, the same afternoon, I decided to check and see what time they closed because I needed get my car back soon and had only heard radio silence from their end. No communication from their end whatsoever. They closed at 5 and it was 5:20! I had no calls, emails or text from them saying they were closing soon and my car was ready for pickup. Had a friend bring me up there to find the door completely closed! My car wasn’t even in the parking lot (pretty sure it was locked up in the bay) so I couldn’t even get stuff out of the car if I needed to. This is beyond irresponsible and bad business behavior for a company to keep someone’s car overnight without proper communication. I did not give them permission to keep my car overnight, I left my car with them with the intentions of having the oil changed and the car returned to me on the same day and instead, I was left without a way to provide transportation for myself with no explanation. Once, we (My bf and I) came back to collect my car the following morning, the manager was nice enough to give us a discount on the oil change and said he would be speaking with someone about this. I seriously hope he does because he seemed like a very nice gentleman who was dealt a bad hand of cards. Other than that, I will not be returning here or to any other Pep Boys for any services.
