This tow company should not be allowed to operate the way it does.<br><br>A vehicle was wrongfully towed, and when the owner arrived, staff immediately treated her as if she were lying about owning her own car—even though her personal belongings were inside. She attempted to show proof of ownership through her vehicle tracking app, and they refused to even look at it. They then refused to let her retrieve her ID, which was inside the vehicle and would have resolved the issue instantly.<br><br>After finally granting her access to the car, she checked to ensure nothing had been damaged or disturbed and spent some time in the parking lot. At that point, the situation escalated in an unbelievable way. The manager came outside and began yelling at her, aggressively and without justification! I personally witnessed this behavior while on FaceTime, and it was shocking.<br><br>The manager’s conduct was hostile, demeaning, and entirely unprofessional. This was blatant disrespect toward a customer who was already dealing with a wrongful tow.<br><br>If you value your time, your property, or basic human decency, do not use this company. Their practices are predatory, their staff is unprofessional, and their management is openly hostile. No one should have to endure this just to retrieve their own vehicle.

His professionalism turned a tough situation around. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about caring for my car. He treated my car like it was his own and I really appreciate that a lot.
