I went in to the Marysville store and Sam helped me. It was so refreshing to have great customer service where Sam was knowledgeable, helpful, and so positive. I’ve always liked the quality of batteries, but with Sam helping me I will definitely be going back to the Marysville store! I hope Sam will be there when I do go back in because he made my day a little happier!

On numerous occasions I have needed to go into this Marysville location and the store Manager Kaitlin is always exceptional in her knowledge of my problem and her ability to provide me with the best solution. Even when the store is busy she has a professional level of experience in dealing with each individual personally and efficiently.<br>I am so grateful to have her at the Marysville store. I have been going there for years . Without exception she helps me find the best solution for my being there whether its my riding or walk behind mowers or one of my 2 vehicles.<br>In addition her staff are always courteous and willing to explore solutions. That reflects on Kaitlins modeling of her well developed Management skills.

Very fast and friendly service! After my third try to have my current battery serviced to troubleshoot why it kept dying, I finally decided to replace it and Travis was super friendly and helpful! Made sure I felt comfortable with everything he had done and if I had any more issues I know if I had to come back he would take great care of me. I can see why my in-laws have been coming here for years for all of their car and sport vehicle batteries.
