It’s 5:10pm on Dec. 3rd, 2025 and two of this company’s tow trucks and one service van came from exit 7 on I-84 Danbury flying through traffic, swerving through all 3 lanes using no blinkers. One of your trucks almost side swiped me. The other one tail gaited me with his high beams on before swerving around me and several other cars. Tried to call the office to make you aware of how unsafe your employees are driving LARGE VEHICLES and one number doesn’t work, the other just rings nonstop. I couldn’t even believe how unsafe these people are operating large flat beds during rush hour.

We came here today to pick up my daughters car. The people were nasty and not knowledgeable. They asked for paperwork that doesn't exist and do not know what they're doing. We blew over six hours to pick up a car that should have taken 5 minutes all over them being nasty, not helpful and giving us bad information. Only after the two staff left later in the day did a nice women help us. The environment is toxic and the people are nasty, including the owner. Sad, they're a big company and in our back yard. Never again will we use them, stay away and choose a friendly, knowledgeable alternative.

came to pick up my car after being towed. brought a dealer plate, as the registration was expired. they requested ‘additional paperwork,’ citing that they could not release the car without it. when i asked what exactly they needed so i could obtain it, they said they weren’t sure. the staff were extremely rude. when they came back fifteen minutes later with a list of the paperwork they needed, it was a slew that i have since validated is not legally required. do not waste your time or money here.
