When me and my aunt were driving in her car yesterday to visit my dying uncle up north, the car started smoking. Half an hour after i tried to check all fluid levels at a gas station. My sis on the phone recommended we visit an O'Reilly auto parts store cause "the guys tend to be really helpful there." We had to drive 10 minutes from the freeway to this Vallejo location but luckily the car stopped smoking. I went in and asked for help. I said we were willing to buy any fluids that we might need, but wasnt sure for sure which ones. A super nice young man named Leif helped us and was willing to look at our situation, look under the hood, and he really put our minds at ease. Another guy with dreads came out and tried to help, too, though I didn't catch his name, or the name of the girl who was working at the cash register when I came in, in a bit of a panic (i told my whole story to her). O'Reilly's is lucky to have all these guys. Automotive issues can be soooooo stressful, but the people here really helped us relax and feel at ease getting back on the road. Extra big thanks to Leif who went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

This is the 2nd or third time that Brian (black with dreads or braids) has helped me at this location and I am really just leaving this review in hopes that he gets some recognition for his politeness, his professionalism, and just doing his job well in general. Very nice guy and always very helpful.
