Shout out to Garen K. for assisting us in the purchase of our Grand Highlander! He made the process transparent, simple, and delivered what he promised. I was looking for a Grand Highlander Nightshade at MSRP, if you know this trim, you know its incredibly hard to get without preordering or paying mark up. He had one coming at the end of the month that no one put a deposit on yet. So we decided to put a deposit (refundable) and hope for the best.<br>He sent me updates and I requested nothing to be done to the car other than their pre inspection.<br>The car arrived much earlier than aniticipared but Garen messaged me as soon as it arrived and sent me pictures. I went the next day, it was as pictured and he went over all the features. He was very knowledgeable about the car and features. We went on a test drive and signed papers quickly after. The price was MSRP as mentioned. No dealership mark up or upsell on additional equipment. We have our own financing set up, he didnt question it or try to get us to finance through them. The whole process probably took an hour tops (if we subtract waiting for finance since we had a check, then maybe 45mins) which is my book is great. No dealership BS. I'd definitely recommend working with Garen and his dealership if your in the market for a Toyota.<br>Thanks for the help Garen!
