Highest level of incompetence. They took all day for diagnostics and did not find anything(truck was in derate). When I asked them what they were doing all day, they said they were working on other trucks while my truck was doing regens for hours. I told them to replace a sensor, which fixed the problem. Every time I would call or email, coincidentally they would come back from taking a look at my truck, before that, nothing would get done. I asked for diagnostic results prior to replacing the sensor, but they had "no way meaningful way to format that data"...<br><br>$1800 later they magically diagnosed another issue while running tests following the new sensor installation(somehow they were able to provide those results now). Their conclusion was to just replace one box. On top of all that, I had to wait for over an hour to get the final invoice, because "foreman" needed to calculate/provide hours worked.

Place is pretty useless. Cleared codes and done a regen. Now here I sit with the issues back. They lie about wait times. Techs are inexperienced. Good luck

I had a pheasant take out my left windshield late yesterday afternoon, had to wait till the body shop opened this morning, called them, they got me in right away!! Awesome fast friendly service here as very reasonable rates!!!<br><br>I highly recommend these guys if you need anything in the Sioux falls area
