I have put over 7,300$ into my car at this point. I have only missed one payment and still I’m met with hostility an answering service who doesn’t know how to do anything. They say they’re really “helpful” but at this point what help is your after hours answering service if they can’t do anything? You’re paying extra money for someone to sit there. Teach them to do something that helpful and useful to our clients or get rid of them.<br>I also blew 2 tires this week and had to pay 400$ to replace.<br>I had to replace the whole engine you guys gave me.<br>I also had to replace struts wheel bearings and more. Basically rebuild the front end.<br>And pay for a new AC discharge hose.<br>I will never purchase a car from here again.

Buy here pay here…sometimes it good sometimes it’s not. I’m thankful I was able to get a car but I should have done more research on this place. I’ve only had my car 3 months now and have already had to replace the breaks and rotors and now I have to replace my battery. Yes I understand that a joy of having cars but I feel like Carlots are slacking.
