Ordered headlights online, picked up, drive 20 min home only to realize they have me the wrong ones. Went back to get the right ones, they did the exchange but then tried to charge me $10 more because now I was "in store" instead of "online". It was their mistake and no apology or anything, just didn't care at all. Really frustrating, lots of other options for auto parts in the area, I won't be going back.

I went in to warranty out a defective alternator that I bought online. Instead of warrantying the purchase they processed it as a return and charged me for a new alternator which removed my $46 online discount.
